Tire swings are bad for your brain.

Today I discovered that i have grown the mommy instincts. People say that they have instincts as a mom, and they have eyes in the back of their heads, and know everything, etc. Frankly, when you are about to have your first baby, thats a little daunting. You cant help but be intimidated by the thought that you are expected to have eyes growing in your skull, and have what amounts to esp when it comes to your kids! Remember hearing that this particular mom knows the different cries of her baby? Yeah. I now have three boys, a three year old, a two year old, and a 9 week old, and what I have been suspecting for quite sometime has been confirmed today. I have sprouted the mommy instincts, which led to...Tire swings are bad for your brain. I have started noticing that if I do not act on a sudden instinct I have about somthing, the thing I have been fearing has started ALWAYS happening! Eery. Very eery. But it does come in handy. Today at the park I was pushing my son on the tire swing, idly wondering if the spinning was bad for his brain. Then I thought, if i dont stop this soon, hes going to get sick. I ignored my instincts, listened to him, and guess what? As many a bumper sticker says (or should say) Barf happens! Now, I have had a few experiences that have hinted at this, but the barf sort of solidified it. I have mommy instincts. I can tell the difference between my 9 week olds various cries, and laughs. I swear! See, now hes laughing because he just saved a bunch of money on his car insurance! Haha :)
